Challenge
The user base of WeFact was increasing significantly and therefore the WeFact team wanted to ensure client retention by adding more software features & products to their portfolio. WeFact had some difficulties in attracting a full team of top-notch software engineers and expertise in a short amount of time.
Our approach
The 25Friday team assessed the software capabilities required and started the recruitment process and tech assessments to ensure a rapid but high-quality recruitment process. We started the team with two developers but after 5 years of partnership the team consists of five software engineers and one QA engineer. Next to this, the 25Friday Product Consultancy team supported the WeFact team to improve the product management skills to ensure more predictability, better business alignment, and more business value.
